By using AQRS services, you agree to the following terms:

General  
AQRS provides an independent certification and verification system for roofing works and condition assessments.

No Guarantee  
Certification reflects an assessment based on submitted information and does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or insurance of performance.

Contractor Responsibility  
Contractors are fully responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information, images, and documentation.

AQRS reserves the right to request further evidence, reject submissions, or withhold certification where standards are not met.

Payments  
All fees are payable in advance where applicable. Certificate submission fees and membership fees are non-refundable once services have been accessed.

Membership  
Contractor membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation and is non-transferable.

Revocation  
AQRS reserves the right to suspend or revoke certification or membership where false information is provided or standards are not maintained.

Public Register  
Certification details may be displayed publicly for verification purposes.

Limitation of Liability  
AQRS shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from works certified or assessed through its system.

Changes  
AQRS reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
