AQRS Certification Services
AQRS provides structured certification for roofing inspections and completed works.
All certifications are issued following submission, review, and formal approval against AQRS assessment criteria before being recorded in the AQRS register.
Roof Condition Certificate (RCC)
The Roof Condition Certificate (RCC) provides an assessment of a roof’s condition at the time of inspection.
It identifies visible defects, potential risks, and areas requiring attention, providing a clear and verifiable record of the roof’s condition at the time of assessment.
Certificates are valid for 12 months to maintain relevance and accuracy. Annual renewal is recommended to support ongoing monitoring, help identify issues early, and assist with planned maintenance and risk management.

Certificate of Works (COW)
The Certificate of Works (COW) confirms that roofing works have been completed and submitted for certification.
It provides a formal record of the works carried out, including the nature of repairs or installations, and is issued following AQRS review and approval.
Each certificate creates a verifiable record within the AQRS register, supporting transparency and traceability of completed works.
